About Nancy
In 2003, I established Regional Career and Employment Services as a way to offer resume writing, career collateral, and coaching services utilizing the talents I had come to be recognized for as an emerging leader in my industry. Since then, I have written thousands of resumes in a variety of industries, and helped countless entry-level to seasoned professional job seekers achieve success in their career or return to work successfully.
Blending my corporate experience with not-for-profit roots, I am driven to continuously develop my skills while offering those I work with valuable support during a time of transition. As a member of the National Resume Writers Association and annual conference attendee since 2015, I am committed to staying current on industry trends and further my competency as an expert in career consultation.
With hands-on experience working with job seekers "in the trenches", I have developed the skill of transforming a resume into a piece of art. With a simple no-nonsense approach, my strengths include developing your brand as a professional, marketing your achievements, and promoting the talents that define who you are.
